AUTOMATION UPDATE Lane Sartor reported that the contract for the computer system had been signed. The low bid from Dynix was accepted at the January 19, 1988 Board Meeting with the understanding that an acceptable contract would have to be worked out. Both Charles Grubb, the city attorney, and Bob Walton, our automation consultant, approved the final version of the contract before Lane Sartor signed it.
