S. Clark School property; choice #2 - site 9C, Milam & Poplar; choice #3 - site 1 C, Milam & Poland). In negotiationing for the J. S. Clark School property, the possibilities of removing and/or replacing the School Away From School building and the possibilities of a traffic light or other traffic control on Hearne Avenue should be explored early in the negotiations.
